Full Job Description

We're looking for a psychologist to work with our Women's and Girls' team You will work closely with our Head of Performance and Medicine and Head Coach to create and sustain a high-performance culture. This role will lead on psychological support and performance lifestyle strategies to enhance player well-being, resilience, and overall success on and off the field. You must have the capability to model and promote a fully multi-disciplinary approach involving all relevant disciplines.

We are looking for someone with experience of working within an elite high-performance, professional sport environment. You will be comfortable working in a busy, pressurised environment with the willingness to work outside 9 to 5 hours when necessary. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be passionate about working with young people.,

  • MSc in Sport Psychology or Psychology (or equivalent)
  • Currently hold British Psychological Society (BPS) Chartered Status
  • British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES) Accreditation
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or working towards
