Full Job Description

To undertake protocol based psychological assessments of service users applying psychological tests, including self-report measures, rating scales, direct and indirect structured observations and semi-structured interviews, and others involved in the service user's care, under the supervision o fa qualified psychologist.
To assist in the formulation and delivery of care plans involving the psychological treatment and/or management of a service user's problems, under the supervision of a qualified psychologist
To assist in the co-ordination and co-facilitation of therapeutic groups as appropriate.
Assists with the planning, delivery and review of one-to-one sessions under the supervision of a qualified psychologist
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records in the form of case notes, case files, clinical reports and other associated documentation presenting and sharing relevant information with colleagues, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
To attend and contribute to appropriate multi-disciplinary meetings as and when required.
To support and undertake data collection and analysis, for both the purposes of research and
service evaluation. This may include collecting and reviewing a variety of data such as
psychometric scores, interview data, historical information, literature searches. It may also involve data analysis and report writing under supervision
To support and contribute to the training and support of other staff
