Full Job Description
The post holder will: + identify training needs, develop and deliver training and assessments as required on PTS Systems such as Cleric, GRS, telephony systems, PTS Online. + Create training materials, including user guides and step-by-step tutorials, in a variety of formats. + Conduct live, virtual, and one-on-one training sessions, tailoring the style of delivery to meet the learner needs of the group. + Provide ongoing support and follow ups to ensure successful adoption and implementation of learning. + Monitor and assess training effectiveness. + Review and update existing training packages as necessary. + Carry out performance assessments to determine skill/knowledge gaps. + Maintain a database to record training status of YAS staff, ensuring training is recorded on Trust systems as appropriate.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Patient Transport Service (PTS) for an energetic, dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a PTS Systems Trainer. Proven experience in a training position is essential for this role, as well as an ability to design and deliver engaging training programs. If you are the type of person who likes working in a fast paced environment, can react quickly to change, leads by example and is highly motivated, then we would love to hear from you. This Band 4 position will support the wider team by providing effective training, assessments and advice on all systems used by PTS to a range of staff, from apprentices to colleagues with a wealth of PTS experience. The position is full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 0900-1700.
