Full Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning and maintenance of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, lounges, and other common spaces.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Train and mentor the public area team to deliver consistent and high-quality cleaning services.
  • Conduct regular inspections of public areas to maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation.
  • Maintain records of cleaning schedules, supply usage, and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with the wider housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service.

    Previous experience in housekeeping within the luxury segment is preferred. Good guest service skills are required.
