Public Area Supervisor - Nights

Night Public Area Supervisors lead by example and inspire the team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. They are instrumental in creating a memorable stay for each of our guests.

• Check all public areas to ensure they are maintained to our outstanding 5-star standards.
• Clean public areas and other areas of the hotel when necessary, setting the benchmark for the team.
• Coach, guide and mentor public area attendants.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure that they are resolved appropriately.
  
  Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Very good supervisorial and motivational skills.
• You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
• Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
• Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
