Full Job Description

As provided to PHLT. There is no capacity within the current Herefordshire PH team to cover this work area, or within the Worcester team. This is for a maternity cover for 12 months for our dedicated Herefordshire suicide prevention officer, key work streams to cover during this period include - implementation of new strategy actions, support for new bereavement service commissioning, day to day monitoring of Real time suspected suicide surveillance system, intelligence to the local suicide review group and to lead on the baton of Hope coming to Herefordshire in October.
