Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Occupational Therapy Physical Services team in BCUHB East. The post holder will be responsible for clerical and administrative duties and, supporting the provision of an efficient and effective service.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will possess excellent communication skills to enable them to answer telephones, liaise with professional and non-professional groups.

Other admin duties include printing, copying, laminating and ordering of equipment, stationary and uniforms all essential to the smooth delivery of the service.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and / or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
