Providing project and programme management support to the Public health team, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your Public Health skills and competencies and work across the whole range of multi-disciplinary Public Health programme areas supporting the public health team and delivering on recent transformation projects and service plans.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Public Health professional who is interested in coming to work in a fast paced and friendly environment., The post holder will have experience of public health and be able to take a structured approach to the public health programmes as well as driving change and supporting the achievement of Public Health outcomes.
You will have a detailed understanding and excellent knowledge of the NHS, Local Authority, primary care and voluntary sector provisions relating to the commissioning and delivery of public health services. You will have excellent relationship management skills and be confident and able to demonstrate working with partners at a senior level across the local authority system. You will be proactive, well organised and willing to drive change and improvement.
