The NIHR Leicester Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) is looking for an experienced Public Involvement Manager to lead and deliver our patient and public involvement (PPI) efforts., About the Role: As Public Involvement Manager, you'll not only lead a dedicated team but also directly participate in PPI activities across our research projects. You'll develop and implement strategies that ensure our research reflects public needs and insights, making a real impact on public health.

  • Experience in public involvement or patient engagement, ideally in research or healthcare.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into action.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with researchers, public contributors, and stakeholders.
