Public Relations Account Director

Are you an ambitious high performing Account Director / Senior Account Director looking for a new role working across a wide range of excellent B2B and B2C technology clients?

Our Account Directors serve as the senior contact for clients, ensuring the delivery of outstanding results, mentoring the internal team, and building award-winning campaigns.
Your role will involve coordinating the day-to-day management of multiple clients and leading / mentoring members of your team.
We are looking for a candidate who is commercially minded and creative, with strong organisational skills and the ability to build relationships with both the media and clients.
Relevant media relations experience is essential, and you should be eager to contribute not only to delivering new business for the agency, but also to take a significant step in your career.
Responsibilities of the role :
+ Be the senior point of contact for multiple clients across your portfolio
+ Manage client service and contribute to agency performance
+ Develop interesting and engaging media hooks, from pitches to the changing news agenda
+ Develop a wide network and nurture key contacts
+ Manage, train and mentor your team
+ Collaborate with the senior team to identify and win new business
+ Champion the agency values and brand

+ Have strong leadership and management skills
+ Can develop a high-performance, fun team culture
+ Possess exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
+ Can articulate complex industry information with both clients and the media
+ Want to work across PR, social media, content marketing, and branding
+ Have experience working on new business proposals and winning!
+ Are a great team player and an ambitious individual
