As a Junior Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Here's What You'll Be Doing:

- Developing and delivering PR plans aligned with client goals and KPIs
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with key media contacts
- Identifying and capitalising on news jacking opportunities
- Providing support in new business endeavours
- Contributing to the strategic direction of client accounts
- Delegating, briefing, and monitoring the progress of direct reports
- Conducting interviews and appraisals
- Representing the agency professionally

A minimum of one year of agency PR experience
- Demonstrated excellence in writing skills and thought leadership
- Strong media relations and familiarity with key media contacts
- Understanding of new business processes
- Proficient client management skills
- Intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude
- Flexibility and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Familiarity with evaluation, measurement, and reporting systems
- Excellent organizational skills
