Role Overview

As a Public Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing the company's public image and ensuring smooth communication with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders in both French and Turkish-speaking regions. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create press releases, respond to media enquiries, and enhance brand visibility across target markets. You'll also play a key role in ensuring that our messaging is culturally relevant and resonates with our diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement public relations campaigns targeting French and Turkish-speaking markets, in line with the company's global communication strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, bloggers, and influencers in the French and Turkish regions.

Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, articles, blog posts, and other PR materials in both French and Turkish.

Organise and manage PR events, such as product launches, conferences, and media briefings in target regions.

Develop and execute communication plans during crises, ensuring the company's reputation is maintained and managed effectively.

Collaborate with the social media team to tailor content and manage interactions on platforms relevant to French and Turkish audiences.

Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure coherent messaging across all channels.

Role Details
Work hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday in Sevenoaks Office
Office Location: 2 minutes walk from Sevenoaks train station. (30 minutes from London Bridge, Charing Cross, and Waterloo).

We have an opening for a highly driven, hands-on Public Relations Officer who is fluent in French, Turkish and is able to communicate in English and has experience within a software company., Language Proficiency: Fluent in French and Turkish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Additionally, proficient in English, capable of clear and effective communication.

Public Relations Experience: Proven experience in a public relations, communications, or marketing role, preferably within the software or technology sector.

Industry Experience: At least one years experience working in the software/tech industry in a B2B environment.

Strong Writing Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content in both Turkish and French.

Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of cultural nuances in both French and Turkish-speaking markets.
