Full Job Description

  • Support on all PR strategy and implementation for a film's lifecycle with little supervision. The role supports the Senior Publicity Managers across all areas of the publicity campaign cycle including simultaneously running junkets, ideating events and influencer tours.
  • Help deliver campaigns for large, tentpole titles whilst working over a diverse 20 title slate where all films demand bespoke, creative campaigns. WB is looking for a candidate who is hugely creative, embraces constant change and has demonstrable experience in big film releases.
  • Continually expand conventional publicity opportunities, focusing on bigger ideas which will cut through in the marketplace.
  • Have excellent digital, broadcast and print contacts and an understanding of the UK and Irish Media landscape with a celebrated track record in delivery of press coverage.
  • Orchestrate influencer and tastemaker strategy, engagement and events with the Senior PR Manager.
  • Communicate fluently with:
  • + The PR team and colleagues across the business including reporting directly into a Senior PR Manager + Senior Executives in the UK, EMEA and Burbank in meetings, reporting, etc… + Filmmakers and talent on WB titles and local acquisitions. + Employed agencies to facilitate campaigns and deliver results over multiple projects at the same time. + The legal team as the main point of contact on contracting for assigned titles.
  • Run PR agencies including briefing, campaign work, asset breaks and reporting.
  • Brief and lead on social measurement reports for asset launches, events, etc…
  • Have prior experience running multimedias and smaller events.
  • Lead and manage HE campaigns with ability to execute activity in line with campaign comms strategy.

    Prior PR agency or inhouse film experience working on UK and Ireland campaigns is essential.
  • A strong communicator with a proven track record of delivering creative and engaging Film PR campaigns.
  • Ability to multitask and manage the general day-to-day activities of a busy and fast paced press office.
  • Exemplary media knowledge with a good network of journalists or contacts in the industry.
  • Experience drafting PR plans and strategy, decks and documents.
  • Extensive talent handling experience is a prerequisite.
