Full Job Description

The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service has an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced forward thinking Physiotherapist team leader. This leadership role requires you to manage and co-ordinate the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service, be professionally accountable for the delivery of patient care by therapists within your defined team and be responsible for supervision and quality of their work., To work with the Community Operational Manager in the line management responsibility for both human and financial resources of the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service.
To be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring adherence to agreed policies, protocols and clinical standards, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of high- quality service provision within the bounds of clinical governance.
This role will focus team resources to meet objectives outlined in the Service Specification and identified health needs within the CCICP footprint and you will support the development of the team, embrace change and act as a positive role model.
You will act as a lead for patients with complex health needs, support the delivery of expert clinical care and providing clinical leadership to all team members within sphere of responsibility., To lead, manage and co-ordinate the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service and be professionally accountable for the delivery of patient care, by therapists within the defined team and be responsible for supervision and quality of their work.
