EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW We're looking for Pump Centre Support Technicians who will be an integral part of our Pump Service Centre (PSC) team in Raynesway, Derby. Your primary goal will be to deliver a high-quality service to our operational teams. You'll take ownership of some critical processes including capitalisation, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring smooth operations within the Pump Service Centre. We'll look for you to liaise with suppliers to ensure relationships are maintained and orders are made on time and delivered correctly. You'll produce daily and weekly analysis reports to drive our compliance, whilst helping to produce data which allows us the ability to discuss performance with suppliers. Other key accountabilities include:

  • Ownership of the end-to-end purchase order process, collating customer orders into a central purchase order, ensuring these are raised on time and processed efficiently.
  • Ensure orders are receipted promptly and resolve any invoice queries to ensure suppliers are paid on time and to company service level agreements.
  • Generate weekly reports for supplier order book management and track target complete dates, providing regular updates to the stakeholders and monitor progress and updating systems SAP and Z7's with up to date and timely information.
  • Complete daily job reporting.
  • Liaise with Pump Service Centre staff on a daily basis.

  • You'll have a keen eye for detail with excellent organisational skills and eye to detail with a starter / finisher approach and operate with a customer first mindset. You'll be confident to problem-solve in the moment and react positively when faced with challenging situations. We'll look for you to have previous experience within an administrational role in a high paced environment, where you have had accountability for your own workload and delivering this on time and to a high level of accuracy.
