Full Job Description

Complete planning and purchasing of all Focusrite Group products to have a perfect product availability for the UK & EMEA territory.,

  • Be responsible for the ordering process with all intercompany Focusrite Group suppliers - Focusrite/Novation/Adam Audio/Sequential delivering the perfect amount of stock for all territories in your control (China/UK/DACH)

  • Manage the demand planning process ensuring that all stock is at KPI and working with the intercompany suppliers to understand any shortages within the demand/supply plans or purchase orders

  • Review historical sales trends, marketing campaigns and statistical forecast models and evaluate the results.

  • You will work closely with the sales teams to share insight on stock positions for upcoming shortages or overstocks to hit the stock KPI

  • You will work closely with the Operations and Sales Admin teams to ensure data is available for efficient management of the supply chain, being cautious of the budget and space availability at warehouse locations

  • You will maintain item pricing and other additional SKU item master areas required to successfully demand plan

  • You will support with any compliance submissions and information required to ensure FGEMEA remains compliant in their respective territories

  • Manage and deliver the purchasing, demand planning and inventory dashboard on a monthly basis, using this as the key reporting tool to identify gaps and opportunities in our supply chain

  • You will be required to support the team in other areas as and when necessary

    Proficient in Microsoft office tools including excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables)
