Full Job Description

Due to our continued expansion, we are now seeking an additional Purchase Ledger / Accounts Administrator to join our Finance team at our Head Offices located in Nantwich, Cheshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in all areas of processing stock and expense documentation, including conducting price checks, matching invoices to delivery notes, and entering invoices onto our company system., · Verifying the price of suppliers' invoices and matching them

· The entry of invoices into the purchase ledger

· Reconciliation of supplier statements and monthly payment runs

· Managing the credit claims of suppliers

· Support for the department on an ad hoc basis

You will have previous experience within a similar role and possess excellent attention to detail. You will possess strong organisational skills and the capability to work well under pressure., ·Computer literate, while knowledge of SAP Business One and Excel would be desirable, it is not essential as training will be given to successful candidates.

· Team-player with good verbal and written communication skills

·Have a positive, "can do" attitude and a desire to learn new tasks

·Good organisational skills is a must, as you will be required to prioritise your workload and meet set deadlines.

·Attention to detail is also a crucial skill for this role, as you will be expected to produce accurate work with a high level of precision.

By possessing these essential skills, you will be well-equipped to succeed in the position and make a valuable contribution to your team.

A DBS disclosure will be required for this position (for which Ableworld will meet the cost),
