Full Job Description

This role sits an integral part of the Manchester Factory Finance Team. Reporting in to the Assistant Financial Controller, the Purchase Ledger Clerk has ownership of the Purchase Ledger taking responsibility for ensuring supplier invoices and employee expenses are processed accurately, and paid on time.

As an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will quickly get to grips with the authorisation matrix; undertake accurate three-way matching of supplier invoices, and will ensure purchase ledger accounts are appropriately maintained and controlled.

You will be a collaborative team player willing to provide support when required to other members of this small finance team and will posses confident communication skills in order to liaise with suppliers, and handle any internal queries regarding expenses.

This role will suit an ambitious and proactive individual looking to challeneg themself and showcase capabiltiy for growth and development.
