Full Job Description
Join our Purchase Ledger team, where you'll ensure timely payments to suppliers in accordance with agreed terms. Your role is crucial in maintaining the seamless continuity of our company's supply and services.,
- Manage your own ledgers, build supplier relationships, and ensure invoices are paid accurately and on time.
- Post invoices against purchase order goods receipts.
- Work with warehouse and purchasing departments to resolve any goods receipt issues.
- Keep a query spreadsheet updated to monitor required actions.
- Communicate with department heads to ensure non-PO invoices are correctly authorised and posted with the right codes.
- Reconcile supplier statements, follow up on queries, and request copies of documents as needed.
- Ensure online filing is done promptly to maintain an audit trail.
- Review bank statements daily to record direct debit payments and account for corresponding invoices.
- Monitor the purchase ledger email inbox daily to quickly resolve queries. Perks for our People:

Solid experience in purchase ledger roles, especially with goods receipted purchase orders. - Great with multiple systems and have a keen eye for detail.
