*Purchasing Analyst*

Purchasing Analyst Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months Location: Lutterworth - LE17 4XN Hybrid role - must be able to commute to the office 3 days a week DHL, an award-winning, leading supply chain business is seeking a Purchasing Analyst. This role is integral to our Finance function and involves identifying deviations in standard processes and collaborating with line managers to address them. The Purchasing Analyst will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process enhancement and improvement. Our team of Finance specialists do so much more than crunch numbers. They add value to our business by truly understanding our data and helping our teams make informed, commercial decisions. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Manage PO requests and purchasing queries from site, BU and functional stakeholder queries professionally in
line with SLAs
• Ensure correct PO cost reporting, PO house-keeping, invoice and supplier management, in line with DPDHL
business compliance, policies and procedures
• Support the centralised management of procurement, ordering & processing of specific purchasing categories
such as IT, Telecoms & Capex
• Optimise purchasing service provided to site, BU & functional stakeholders working with PCO as required
• Provide ideas for continuous improvement & work flexibly to deliver key service objectives
