Purchasing Assistant

Purchasing Assistant Champneys Head Office Contract: Part Time, As a Purchasing Assistant, some of your duties and responsibilities include;

• Administration of purchasing systems


• Administration of suppliers information on purchasing database


• Ordering and replenishing stock levels of stock held in central warehouse


• Raising central and forward purchase orders of approved suppliers


• Close interaction with all stake holders across the business and also suppliers


• Assist with gathering and formatting of information for tenders
  
  The Purchasing Assistant will be joining a successful and challenging business where the ideal candidate will possess commercial and interpersonal skills combined with solid procurement experience. A Purchasing Assistant is needed to support the function of the Group Purchasing Manager.
