Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing, Risk and Contract Officer to join our dynamic Business Services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering effective business, risk, contract, and purchasing services. You will work closely with various teams, within the Digital directorate and wider ICB supporting a range of functions and ensure seamless operations.,

  • Purchasing Activities: Manage and execute purchasing activities to support all functions within the Business Services team and the wider ICT Department.
  • Risk and Change Management: Assist in supporting risk and change management activities, ensuring all changes are processed and documented accurately and on time.
  • Administrative Support: Provide a range of administrative functions as directed, supporting business service functions, teams, and managers.
  • Contract Management: Support the Contracts and Onboarding Manager in managing ICT customer contracts, ensuring the Service Catalogue and supplier matrix are up to date.
  • Customer Relations: Work with service leads to ensure all customers have a contract/SLA in place and are billed for the services provided.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other teams, including technical teams and the ICT Service Desk, to ensure effective service delivery.
