Full Job Description

This position reports into Northern Europe eCommerce Channel Director, based at High Wycombe, Berkshire., The Pure Play E-Commerce Business Unit Head will be responsible for driving Kenvues growth within the health and beauty category across key e-commerce channels, including Amazon, Ocado, beauty pure-play sites, Marketplaces, and TikTok Shop. This role will focus on maximizing revenue, optimizing digital shelf presence, and strengthening strategic relationships across these customers and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, sales, digital marketing, and a deep understanding of the FMCG industry., Strategic Account Leadership

  • Own and develop strategic relationships with key e-commerce accounts including Amazon, Ocado, beauty pure-play platforms and Marketplace.
  • Accountable for financial delivery for total channel inline with business objectives across Market Share, Net Sales, Net Profit & Free Cash Flow.
  • Lead UK conditions for a winning Amazon Pan-EU partnership, ensuring alignment with local & regional strategies as well as maximizing cross-market opportunities
  • Negotiate and manage trade terms, promotional budgets, and investment strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets across the channel
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to drive mental and physical availability goals of Kenvue brands
  • Develop & sustain best in class customer relationships
  • Drive high performing team culture with continuous focus to raise the bar.
  • Channel Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute channel-specific e-commerce strategies to drive growth and market share within the health and beauty category.
  • Champion e-commerce strategic portfolio development to drive sustainable, long-term sale & profit growth
  • Drive excellence in execution of New Product Introductions (NPI) and integrated brand campaigns across the channel, ensuring brand visibility and optimizing customer engagement.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging trends, such as social commerce on platforms like TikTok Shop, to connect with target customers and enhance brand visibility.
  • Drive culture of excellence in execution across the digital shelf and branded campaigns
  • Data-Driven Performance Optimization
  • Utilize data analytics and insights from e-commerce data partner to monitor and enhance sales performance and improve digital shelf performance metrics
  • Identify share of voice opportunities to drive market out - performance
  • Identify A/B testing opportunities for content to identify growth opportunities and optimize ROI.
  • Lead forecasting and reporting activities for the e-commerce channel, providing insights into performance, trends as well as risk and opportunities management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Drive end-to-end collaboration across commercial, brand, digital, and media teams to deliver market outperformance and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Work with the marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Build & own end-to-end P&Ls that include supply chain improvements, operational efficiencies & media investments
  • Act as the senior point of contact for strategic media & agency partners supporting an efficient and effective ways of working across the monthly cycle.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, especially within FMCG e-commerce, health, and beauty sectors.
  • Propose and pilot new e-commerce tactics such as bundling, subscription models, or loyalty programs to drive engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with evolving digital marketplace policies and optimize the brands presence across digital platforms.

    Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)., 8 years of commercial & leadership experience in e-commerce sales, ideally within the health, beauty, or FMCG industries.
  • Proven track record managing major global retailers e.g. Tesco, Walmart, AS Watson, Boots, Amazon and across different channels e.g. Grocery, High Steet, eCommerce, Discounter
  • eCommerce experience is preferable
  • Familiarity with social commerce & marketplaces, such as TikTok Shop, is a strong plus.
  • Skills :
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Understanding of Media landscape and media channels to drive brand growth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills, with the proven track record to encourage and develop a team
