Python Software Engineer (240000E4)

We are looking for a Python software engineer to join our Data Science team at CWT. This Python software engineer will be joining the team to build and enhance the functionalities of an in-house chatbot. This role will be working closely with Machine Learning engineers and other developers across the organization, as well as the product team. Daily Responsibilities

• Developing independently new features for chatbot backend in Python
• Ensuring good test coverage of the codebase
• Managing CI/CD and regular release
• Collaborating with product and other technical teams where feature integration is required.
• Participating Agile scrum ceremonies
  
  Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in Python programming
• Strong skills in software engineering
• Proficient in writing python code of good quality with test coverage
• Experience in developing using AWS lambda
• Good knowledge of data structure and common design patterns
• Comfortable working with Linux and bash scripting
Desired Skillset
• Experience with AWS
• Familiar with Git
• Exposure to Terraform
