Are you looking for a step in the HR world? This could be the perfect opportunity for you... SSCL are seeking a QA Administrator to join their HR Ops department. You will play a key role in handling a variety of Quality Assurance administrative, operational, and technical tasks within the HR department. While working independently, you will stay flexible and able to adjust to changing needs. As a valuable member of the team, you will handle everyday queries and issues, ensuring smooth operations, and advance any complex situations for resolution. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role offering a hybrid working model with the requirement to be in the York office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. What you'll be doing:
- Ensuring quality of work for SSCL Government clients.
- Responding to incoming queries promptly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and helpful experience.
- Logging queries and resolving those within your scope, while advancing more complex issues to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Collaborating with internal customers to confirm deadlines and deliverables, helping to prioritise tasks and handle expectations effectively.
- Keeping records and databases up to date, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and current for seamless operations. What you'll bring:
- Comfortable with numbers and written communication.
- Proficient with computers, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- A methodical approach to work, with a keen attention to detail, ensuring that quality standards are always upheld. It would be good if you had:
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or HR admin role would be a lovely bonus, though it's not crucial.
- A basic level of knowledge relating to HR issues would also be beneficial.
