Full Job Description
Join Alloga as a QA Administrator and play a vital role in supporting the business in compliance with GDP and GMP regulations. You will ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently, meeting the quality standards required by the company, clients, and regulatory bodies.,
- Report all accidents and near misses to the Health & Safety Manager promptly.
- Ensure departmental activities adhere to company procedures and client instructions.
- Support compliance with GDP, GMP, and ISO 9001 standards through various tasks, including: + Documenting and escalating client and customer complaints. + Reviewing and documenting temperature records and managing excursions. + Performing administrative release of products in the inventory system. + Conducting sample inspections and ensuring timely documentation. + Quarantining stock as requested by clients. + Participating in client and regulatory audits. + Maintaining records of QA activities and completing KPIs. + Managing client-specific documentation within Q-Pulse. + Archiving paperwork and handling quality incident records. + Completing corrective actions and performing internal compliance inspections. + Providing general administrative support to the QA Department. + Performing RPI Checks as required.
- Communicate effectively with all departments and carry out reasonable requests from senior management.
Communication: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively., + Flexible approach to work. + Strong planning and prioritization skills. + Conscientious and committed to performance improvement. + Initiative and judgement in decision-making. + Attention to detail. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a GDP or GMP environment.
- Understanding of GDP and applicable GMP requirements.
- Ability to be trained in all department procedures within 6 months.
- Administrative experience is desirable, though not mandatory.
