Full Job Description
LPCH is looking for a QA Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders, design and execute test strategies, and drive continuous improvement in our testing practices.,
- Test Design: Develop and document comprehensive test plans and cases from business and technical requirements.
- Test Execution: Perform manual and automated testing, ensuring thorough feature coverage.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with development teams for timely resolution.
- Regression Testing: Validate fixes and ensure existing functionality remains intact.
- Collaboration: Partner with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
- Reporting: Provide updates on test progress, defect metrics, and overall testing status.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance testing methodologies and practices for optimal efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate skills and experience in the following: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficient with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred: QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB), experience in performance/security testing, and knowledge of programming languages like Java or Python.
