Full Job Description

Ensuring effective monitoring within the FGFS risk-based framework, facilitating operational support, and integrating organisational learning in the key risk areas of the business are essential responsibilities of the role. It will also include conducting "Check the Checker" reviews for Team Leaders, performing QA activities to ensure consistency in results, and providing feedback assistance when necessary. Additionally, the role involves effective stakeholder management and proactive contributions to calibration activities with the wider business to support continuous development across all roles within the operational area.
Qualifications

  • Assess and manage potential business risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks effectively through feedback and collaboration with training.

  • Proactively contribute to and participate in calibration activities to ensure consistency and accuracy.

  • Conduct check the checker monitoring and analyse trends to provide data to the Senior QA for review, ensuring alignment with training best practices.

  • Work with the Training Team to provide additional support through coaching and learning resources for areas identified as needing improvement.

  • Actively engage in organisational change initiatives to enhance support for the business and co-workers, while keeping personal knowledge and skills up to date.

  • Maintain knowledge of business policies, strategies, regulatory expectations, and compliance requirements across various areas.

  • Adhere to and promote the company's values and standards in all activities.

  • Exhibit clear communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
