QC Technician - Controlled Area

As a Quality Control Technician at our manufacturing site, your role will be to support the Quality Control Department in the testing and release of raw materials, intermediates and final products. This is a fully site based role. TASK & RESPONSIBILITES

• Sampling and testing of incoming raw materials and release to Production
• Support with vaccine stability testing program including all supporting in-vivo testing
• Final product testing and collaboration with third party testing facilities
• Support with QC QMS processes such as OOS, deviations, CAPA and change controls
• Writing and updating relevant SOPs and material specifications/release forms
• Support with validation activities
• Carrying out duties in accordance with GMP, site HSE and Biosafety standards
• Support with site utilities and environmental testing programs
  
  Some experience of working on a regulated analytical laboratory would be desirable
• Knowledge of GxP quality systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
• Team player
• Able to work to deadlines
