Full Job Description

As QC Technician - Microbiology you will work in the Quality Microbiological laboratory. You will have the opportunity to hold a varied position, because you will work on tasks like the execution and reviewing of routine and non-routine sample analyses, performing method validations for the purpose of analyses and providing support in the implementation of (validation) project as well as microbiological supervision of production departments, so that the quality requirements are met.,

  • Performing Investigations (gDR), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), trending, Out of Specifications analyses (gLIR)

  • Drafting and reviewing of SOP's

  • Advising the management regarding the feasibility of the analysis methods

  • Compiling and checking the final microbiology reports

  • Training and instructing the operators in the microbiological activities, troubleshooting for microbiological issues and thereby contribute to improving Quality and GMP behavior.

    You preferably have a bachelor degree in microbiology or life science and you bring experience and knowledge of GMP. Additional experience with identification of microorganisms or Environmental monitoring is expected.


  • We believe you are a highly motivated professional with experience in a highly regulated industry, preferred in the Pharmaceuticals/Biotech industry.

    Fluency in English, Dutch will be an advantage.
