Full Job Description

  • You will have delegated responsibility from VP for all QHSE management issues within the Consulting ,team including all its activities extending to satellite locations and sites.
  • You will establish, maintain and develop front-end engineering services quality and HSSE programmes, encompassing all subsidiary offices and projects.
  • Manage the timely and accurate execution of project quality audits and reporting on the same
  • You will be required to focus and align quality/HSSE programmes in support of business objectives, project objectives, client satisfaction, continual improvement and compliance with external certification requirements.
  • Develop and promote quality/HSSE programmes within the framework of Petrofac's Global Management System (GMS), and to represent Consulting, interests in future development and updates of the GMS.
  • Manage the Quality/HSSE department in Woking, including budget, resources and priorities.
  • The role holder will be required to identify, promote and lead business process improvement initiatives, liaising with the wider Energy Transition Projects Division and other Petrofac business units as appropriate
  • You will have leadership responsibility and approval authority for our internal system Global Management System (GMS) and quality/operational HSSE Matters for Consulting.
  • Responsible for the management and co-ordination of external certification programmes for Consulting, including: ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001.
  • Auditing and reporting of Project quality
  • Resolution and Support of project quality
  • Promoting awareness of our GMS System and quality/HSSE requirements, including changes, for new and existing employees

  • Certification processes and management system requirements (e.g. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001).

  • An engineering, business or Management degree is preferred but not essential
  • Extensive quality Management experience is required with a detailed knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
