Full Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-orientated individual with a strong command of Microsoft applications to become an integral member of our dynamic team. The QHSE & Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing strong administrative support primarily to the QHSE Director and additionally to broader operational aspects of the UK business, especially at the Farnborough site. Particular focus of the role will be the preparation and management of documented information. This position is based in Farnborough, Hampshire and belongs to the Technologies Division Europe & Asia, reporting to the QHSE Director., The QHSE & Operations Coordinator responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Operations

  • Administrative support of site facilities management
  • Various other regular and ad hoc administrative processes and projects as required.
  • Production
  • Weekly timesheet collection and data entry into the ERP System
  • Various other regular and ad hoc administrative processes and projects as required.
  • QHSE and Compliance
  • Customer Complaints and warranty claims administration.
  • Asset Management support - working with colleagues and external providers to ensure assets are serviced and/or calibrated according to agreed schedules.
  • Administration of safety-related training - track renewable events for health and safety and liaise with trainee and training provider to ensure training is planned, delivered and recorded.
  • BMS Document Management - Lead the ongoing maintenance of documented information.
  • Classified Workers/Radiation Workers administration and records upkeep.
  • Support with export controls tasks.
  • Participate in internal and external ISO-related audits.
  • Assist in the preparation of RAM's and COSHH risk assessments.

    NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft, Excel. Word and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrable skills in the preparation and management of documented information (E.g. operations manuals and standard operating procedures)
  • High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to assess priorities and work on own initiative Results focused and committed to achieving deadlines
  • Understanding the importance of and maintaining confidentiality
  • Hands-on approach
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, Do you have experience in working in a manufacturing environment?
  • Are you proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint?
  • Experience:
  • Administration: 1 year (required)
