Full Job Description

As the iCARE, you will play an integral role within the Imperial Clinical Analytics, Research & Evaluation (iCARE) team. Specifically, you will manage the people, processes and operational efficiency of the iCARE team to enable a positive and productive work environment.

You will be responsible for planning, prioritisation, and communication of the work associated with the team and its day-to-day operations, as well as providing support to enable cooperation with other stakeholders and teams. You will also play a specific role in supporting the Director and senior members in the timely coordination and prioritisation of the team's activities. Ideally you will be an adaptable professional who has excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, is extremely organised, able to multi-task, and can work independently with integrity.

Responsible for day-to-day management of the QlikView and QlikSense applications in conjunction with colleagues across the Trust. This includes the design, development, testing and release of new QlikView and QlikSense applications that provide data-driven insight into patient experience, safe mobility and falls and direct care.

Support the co-development of applications with clinicians, researchers, and patients. This includes running initial SQL queries for exploratory analysis to support research projects by understanding the available data and suggesting appropriate visualizations

To maintain and provide technical support for the existing set of dashboards for which the iCARE team is responsible.
