QMS Process Leader SIP

As a Process Leader you will assist Operations to achieve conformance to the Manufacturing Quality Operating System (MQOS) by preventing outflow of suspect / defective product that may otherwise escape to our customers, especially the Vehicle plants.,

• Reviews and daily management of SIP quality issues
• Lead process improvements in the team through Kaizen activity
• Lead monthly Quality Management review (QMR)
• Conduct 1:1's and people engagement activities
• Prepare reports and graphs including updated information as required in Quality Assurance score cards (including QMR and weekly QA reviews)
  
  This is a key role within the Quality Department and requires exceptional negotiating and communication skills that require a broad-based knowledge of manufacturing and Quality processes., To be quality orientated and customer focused
• People orientated management approach

• Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels
