This top tier US law firm are currently looking for a qualified lawyer or PSL with experience in fund formation, ideally closed-ended, private fund structures and related fund considerations.

Their Private Funds Group advises fund managers on structuring and fundraising private equity, real estate, infrastructure, debt/credit and emerging markets funds. They advise a wide range of fund managers on raising closed-ended funds and structuring their related executive arrangements and management structures.
