Registered Nurses working within our services have progressed to higher banded roles within the service including within Specialist Nursing roles and Advanced Practitioner roles as we are passionate to support and grow our workforce to maximize potential to benefit Patients, Staff and the wider Service.   • Experienced nurse leadership to support you and your team when you need it.
  • A Unit based, experienced MDT to provide a fully holistic approach to patient care.
  • Specialist Renal Education Programmes for all new starters and advanced programmes once experienced.
  • Flexibility - Full and part time contracts are available with a range of shifts covering earlies, lates, twilights and nights.
  • Rotations - if you want the chance to spread your wings beyond Dialysis and get some acute renal experience, we will work through how we can support this with you and other teams across our Directorate.
