Full Job Description
The team has a multi-disciplinary focus in order to ensure that patients are supported throughout their inpatient stay.
You will be supported on the ward by the wide range of the MDT members and a supportive preceptorship period.

Be supported to develop the competence and confidence you need as an effective, independent healthcare professional. You'll receive a full induction programme, benefit from classroom-based training and clinical skills assessments. You will also receive support from our senior nursing team and highly specialised nurses.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated adult nurse with a passion for delivering high standards of care who has proven, post registration experience. The Unit receives patients from throughout the Greater Manchester region, accepting transfers in and out and therefore excellent communication skills are essential.
