Full Job Description

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated adult nurse with a passion for delivering high standards of care. The Unit receives patients from throughout the Greater Manchester region, accepting transfers in and out and therefore excellent communication skills are essential.You will be supported on the ward by the wide range of the MDT members and a supportive preceptorship period.You will be able to:-o Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skillso Aspire to deliver excellent standards of care o Be able to work collaboratively with all members of the MDTo Demonstrate a high level of compassion for patients and their relativesWe pride ourselves in supporting staff and ensuring opportunities are available to develop personally and professionally. We work closely with the learning and development team to ensure staff members are supported and can develop their skills.You will be offered full support and training to a high standard to ensure that you are able to provide the
correct care to our complex patients, ensuring that family members and carer's needs are assessed.

We are looking for highly motivated Registered Nurses wishing to develop their skills within Neurosciences and create opportunities to progress. You will need to acknowledge that as well as providing specialist care for our patients, there will be opportunities to develop your skills to become expert in caring for a group of patients with complex conditions.
