Why join our Community Partnerships Team: Opportunities to progress Most of our Consultant and Principal Psychologists started within the team and have developed their careers with us. We offer sponsorship opportunities e.g. MBA degrees Support in undertaking indemnified private practice and medico-legal work. Flexibility in our working practices that work around you and your family life. Support from over 10 Qualified Psychologists in the community partnerships team and over 50 in the overall organisation. Opportunities for research through our Research and Innovation Team Paid travel or mileage within the role. Experience of using a range of therapeutic modalities including CBT, EMDR and Compassion Focused Therapy would also be an advantage although support and development to gain these skills will be provided.
