Qualified Social Worker

We are currently recruiting a Qualified Social Worker , or a practitioner who is aboutto qualify to join the newly formed Learning Disability and Autism Team. As part of anew hybrid team, this post would be predominantly covering the north of the county.

The successful candidate will have recent experience working in Adult Social Careand have an interest of working with adult with learning disabilities and autism.This post will provide an excellent opportunity for a Social Worker to develop theirskills and knowledge and join a newly formed friendly and supportive team. Ideally theapplicant will be two years post qualified however we will consider applications fromNewly Qualified Social Workers and Social Work students in their final year of study., We are seeking to recruit a well-motivated and creative practitioner who can developthe strengths of individuals and maximise their independence utilising communityresources and is an excellent team player.
