The team work extremely well together to ensure the safety of vulnerable adults under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager

The responsibilities will include:

• Care Management


• Review Care Packages


• Adult Placement


• Report writing


• Home Visits


• Liaise with other professionals


• 36 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)


• 2 Month Temporary Contract


• Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance

  Qualified Social Worker, Blackburn with Darwen Council, Adults Referral & Assessment Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within an Adult Social Work team, Our client is looking for a qualified Social Worker with 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within an Adult Social Work team, The successful candidate will need to hold a DipSW or equivalent must be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS and be a car driver.
