Qualified Social Worker (Children with Disabilities Team)

This role is starting asap, working 36 hours a week in an ongoing contract.

Social worker needed for a busy Disabled Children's Service. Social Workers within the DCS team carry a varied a caseload including Children In Need, Children subject to Child Protection Plans, Looked After Children and those in the process of transition to adult services.

The team work with children with a wide range of additional needs including complex health needs and with children who have life limiting conditions.
