Full Job Description

  • Working across the neighbourhood teams supporting adults aged 18 plus

  • Generic neighbourhood team and work with a range of individuals and families with various presenting circumstances

  • Primarily case management and may include safeguarding enquiries, duty work, capacity and best interest assessment / decision making and assessment and support planning

  • Cover physical disabilities, learning disabilities and older persons mental health and work in both community and 24 hour care settings

  • Liaise with other professionals

  • 36 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)

  • 2 Month Temporary Contract

  • Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance

  • Qualified Social Worker, Rochdale Council, Adult Neighbourhood Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within an Adult Social Work team


  • Our client is looking for a qualified Social Worker with 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within an Adult Social Work team

    The team work extremely well together to ensure the safety of vulnerable adults under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager, The successful candidate will need to hold a DipSW or equivalent must be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS and be a car driver.
