Full Job Description
- Plan, organise, direct, and control project activities, including managing additional contracted labour if needed.
- Create and implement a new system compliant with Veolia standards and references.
- Survey plant areas and document findings with minimal supervision, utilising existing documentation.
- Develop a quality management system for all technical documentation (structural, mechanical, process, and electrical plant).
- Collaborate with various departments (Engineering, Central Projects Team, Operations, and Compliance).
- Review technical documentation, identify inaccuracies, and work with stakeholders to rectify and update, using CAD when appropriate.
- Establish and utilise symbology and nomenclature compatible with original and new plant (e.g., KKS system).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve documentation quality and create a flow chart for document update and control processes.
- Establish document control protocol for sign-out, modification, and sign-in of controlled technical documents.

Proven experience in a quality / assurance role - Knowledge of CAD software
- Working knowledge of google software
- Create templates, manage process around the organization
- File documentation in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage
- Maintain confidentially around sensitive documentation
- Attention to detail, and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or related field
- Software knowledge AutoCad and solidworks ,3D software
- Prepare ad hoc reports on projects when required
