Salary: 42,000 depending on experience and skills
What you'll be doing:
+ Support driving the Quality Culture within EBS
+ Undertake routine Quality Assurance activities and tasks including Process Confirmations / Audits
+ Implement Governance and Assurance Objectives
+ Undertake non-routine and or complex Quality Assurance activities and tasks with an analytic approach
+ Provide Support for non-conformance (Defect) resolution through Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions with key stakeholders and process owners
+ Lead the EBS Information Management Coordinators to support the teams' documents, records, team sites and permissions
+ Use proven data to analyse and identify themes to allow for targeted improvements and reduction in Cost of Poor Quality
+ Deputise for immediate management as and when required, A key member of the evolving EBS Quality team across Shared Services with responsibility for ensuring appropriate control environments are in place across the business, demonstrated through operational assurance and governance, risk management processes and internal audit. The role of the Quality Assurance Lead is to support the delivery stream and function in driving forward thinking Quality, to achieve a scope of work which ensures that the Business continues to provide leading service and remains compliant to the evolving Quality Management System.

+ Quality Assurance background
+ Problem Solving Experience (Fishbone, 5 Why, 8D)
Desirable:
+ Working knowledge of Business Management Systems
+ Understanding of Data Analysis techniques
+ Audit experience (Internal)
+ Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard
