You'll play a key role in enhancing outcomes for candidates and businesses across Staffordshire by coordinating and developing our quality assurance framework.

  • Develop and implement quality assurance standards and a quality framework.

  • Coordinate the Employer Skills service self-evaluation development and process to inform service priorities.

  • Empower, support, guide, mentor, and coach staff to successfully implement and embed new initiatives, with a focus on quality of practice.

  • Support and coordinate preparation for a supported employment Fidelity assessment, ensuring processes are robust and quality assurance records are up to date.

  • Use reflective learning from Fidelity assessments, reviews, and audits to improve continuous practice, performance, and commissioning outcomes.

    You will have:

  • Extensive knowledge of a range of quality assurance tools.

  • Expert knowledge in quality assurance and performance intelligence, including implementing robust data quality mechanisms and recording standards.

  • Experience in developing quality framework self-assessment documents and processes.

  • Proven ability to demonstrate and measure outcomes for candidates seeking employment and businesses fulfilling recruitment needs.

  • Experience in motivating and mentoring staff or leading on performance, quality assurance, and practice.
