Full Job Description

Primarily you will be responsible for analysing and monitoring environments from one of our aseptic units (Parenteral Services Unit), producing environmental monitoring reports, liaising with departmental leads, and acting as pre-releaser for products manufactured under of 'specials' licence. You will have a key role in ensuring all units with Pharmacy Technical Services are compliant to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)., people and vulnerable adults. We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic quality minded individual to join our Quality Control/Quality Assurance team based at the Bristol Royal Infirmary. The successful candidate will ideally have a science degree or pharmacy background, a good eye for detail and an ability to work accurately.

Experience and knowledge of working within a quality control laboratory and/or working within a hospital pharmacy aseptic manufacturing environment would be advantageous. However, applicants who have an interest in working within a hospital pharmacy quality assurance role specifically within aseptics would be encouraged to apply.
