Full Job Description

To provide systems administrative support to the Cleaning team, Including a variety of daily administrative tasks, visit multiple sites when requested and per schedule to ensure all Black Boxes, cleaning schedules, COSHH data and Health and Safety documentation is compliant.

  • Other duties will include;
  • Collate key financial data and produce key management information using established excel spreadsheets.
  • Completion of any contract variation paperwork, monthly accruals etc in support of management team
  • Checking of monthly invoice list in conjunction with sales ledger and operational managers
  • Performing audits of Site Documentation and stock levels at sites
  • Prepare both financial and quality reports in a timely fashioned, against re-occurring deadlines.
  • Ordering of stock and management of supporting invoices for approval by Operations Director
  • This role will require a full UK driving licence as travel to other offices will be required.

    40 Hours per week Office based Full time, permanent contract
