Full Job Description

Processing worksheets, Checking compliance, Processing Compliance documents, Utilising clients CAFM system. Ensure all CBRE & client procedures are followed. Key Responsibilities - Quality & Compliance:

  • Ensure timely management of the compliance inbox, processing all requests and documentation thoroughly with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Updating tracking documents.
  • Processing tasks from service complete to billing stage.
  • Liaising with internal engineering team and contractors.
  • Finance Reviews
  • Orders receipted to match PPM works delivered (Coupa system/Receipting etc)
  • Subcontractors:
  • Process notification of planned visit dates and update clients CAFM system.
  • Ensure all works are planned in and completed on time.
  • Report and investigate on contractor performance.
  • Qualities
  • Microsoft office working knowledge specific to Teams, Outlook and Excel.
  • Good Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Accountabilities:
  • Reporting to Compliance Manager
  • Accountable day-to-day to the relevant client contacts
  • Responsibility to process and monitor compliance documentation.
