Full Job Description

To carry out duties in compliance with Mitie Policies and Procedures

-To drive and promote Mitie's One Code which is integral to our companies' values and behaviours

-Drive the highest level of results on H&S and service delivery

-Reporting monthly updates to the resilience Risk & Compliance and manager.

-Support and carrying out in house and Contractor Audits as required (I-Auditor on the job Audits)

-Manage the updated Contractor procedures and processes across the footprint, which will include inviting contractors in for regular meetings and feedback sessions.

-Produce the Red list report and chase any expired OR due to expire details

-To produce and present reports regarding contractor Audits and records to the wider team.

-To carry out Contractor Inductions as and when required

-To monitor the COUPA procurement portal, update and liaise with group regarding and including the onboarding of new SMEs.

-To monitor the Safe Contractor portal, including organising new SMEs, and running regular reports as required

-To support any ADHOC Audits that may be required.

-To support the 5% Audit process and procedures as and when required, Responsible for the Contractor TAB

-Support and update the over £5000 Quote tracker as and when required.

-To Support and cover the Shared email Box working with the Compliance and Audit Lead

-To support the team regarding any Chasing, the requesting of Information from contractors and/or in house teams or supporting Investigations that the team may be asked to carry out.

-To organise schedules and/or meetings that supports the duties of the compliance and Audit team.

-To cover the Permit Office team as required as part of the wider resilience plan.
